Not clear: The statement suggests the blood test is 4and one half years old. I doubt that but if that were the case, the age of the test is meaningless. However, if you are talking about a 4 and a half year old child. the symptoms, and blood test are consistent with a viral upper respiratory tract infection. The iron deficiency is not necessarily related to the URI.
