It means slightlylow: Tsh increase in face of normal. TFTs indicates a small degree of hypothyroidism. Remember the TSH represents a delay of about 2 weeks for interpretation.

Elevated TSH: The numbers you present with suggest sub clinical hypothyroidism . This should be treated with thyroid replacement . See your doctor for an evaluation and treatment.
