Probably: Most people burn one shot of alcohol per hour. You write both in the past and future tenses. This much alcohol in this length of time does predict trouble in the future, especially now that you're a little older and should know better. It sounds as if you need a good attorney -- there are problems with breathalyzers and their operators.

You might pass: A drink with 1 oz of 40% by vol liquor should be gone in one hour. To legally pass the breathalyzer after 5 1/2 shots of captain Morgan you need approximately 10-12 hours. Coffee, diet coke, food, exercise, water, or prayer will not speed the process. Good luck.
