No, it doesnt: This is almost entirely fiction, based on one case of someone with a very unusual yeast species which was fermenting alcohol. But even if it was that, you are still responsible for driving while impaired. If your level was over 0.8, you were legally intoxicated (0.5 for those less than 21). If you did not feel intoxicated, it means you were tolerant and clearly have an alcohol problem get help!
