Not clear: Were you asking about 'best' meds? If so, please read on. There are no best medicines for the condition. Everyone reacts to medicine differently. Sometimes the doctor may prescribe nerve pain medication like amitriptyline or gabapentin in conjunction with anti-inflammatory drugs and some type of pain reliever. Non medical treatment can be useful also, such as physical therapy or spine injection.
