Old Blood Brown: Fresh blood more red; old blood more brown. No way to verify from a distance based on very limited information, sounds common. Normal does not mean good or bad, just common/average (defined by medical industry as within the central 96% range of average.) seeking abnormal health & success in this life is a far better goal; e.g. Study elon musk, an abnormally successful human this lifetime.

Periods: Brown blood discharge is probably normal. The color of the period blood is slightly different in every woman. If the period feels normal, otherwise, i would not worry too much.
