Risks are very low: Bupropion, like the vast majority of drugs, is a class C drug in pregnancy, which means that high doses may cause problems in laboratory animals, but there is no evidence of harm in humans. There are some antidepressants that are class B, but if you are stable on Wellbutrin (bupropion) and it is working for you, it is overall safer just to continue it. You should be asking your OB provider these questions.
