Yes: talk with your doctor -- you should stop Lisinopril now and replace it with hydrochlorothiazide

Stop: Lisinopril can cause a miscarriage You need to see an internist and ob to select bp meds Good old aldomet (methyldopate) is a good choice

Meds and pregnancy: You need to stop taking the lisinopril ASAP. You can take the metoprolol and should speak to your OB about the wellbutrin (bupropion). It is not contraindicated in pregnancy and you should speak to your OB about continuing it. Good luck.
