I got very sun burnt about 4 months and it never healed completely. my shoulders are still slightly red and warm to the touch especially after i shower. they don't hurt anymore though. is this normal? i'm worried i have skin cancer

Prob not cancer: usually burns resolve after this long. May have persistent pigmentation or redness. Would see derm if continues to be a problem
