Stop applying.: Vitamin E oil is thick, and occludes oil glands, which causes the small bumps you describe. Stop applying the oil and the bumps will go away. Vitamin E oil does nothing beneficial for your skin anyway, despite what you have read online. Wash your face regularly, using a mild soap. That's all you need to do.
