No not just. : Neuropathy from that report. See a spine specialist . Maybe an epidural will help, specialist will give guidance

HIGHLY UNLIKELY: I would guess you have more that one thing going on in your spine based on that report. See a spine specialist to determine what might be helpful for you. You may need some injections to get relief.
