Breech: By "inverse" I think you mean breech, or feet down instead of head down? If that's your question, the answer is, sometimes you can feel the hard bones of the head under your ribs. Other ways to determine might be where the doctor finds the heartbeat on doppler when you have an ob visit. Hope that helps.
