Not exactly what: you asked - but 98.5 of sertraline equivalent to 122.3 of amitrypline. I don't think that this is a useful equivalent now adays. The reason is that the dose of amitryptyline needed to tx depression would be high enough that side effects may not be tolerable. https://www.nationalelfservice.net/treatment/antidepressants/dose-equivalents-antidepressants-standardising-prescribing-different-drugs
