Pregnancy test: Wait for your normal period, and if you are late, go ahead and do a pregnancy test to check. Number of days of menses are not necessarily related to whether a cycle is ovulatory (meaning an egg was released by the mother) or not. The urine pregnancy test is highly sensitive and specific, and will answer the question.
