A member asked:

Sudden, involuntary gasp/breath. its only one gasp.it happens on occasion, but at least once a day. i haven't had this my entire life. no asthma.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fleeting: Such a fleeting symptom doesn't seem significant if you have no chest discomfort or shortness of breath with exertion and if there is no cough. See your physician if symptoms persist or worsen, however for reassurance.
