It's quite rare: Cerebral endometriosis exists but is very rare. If your seizures and headaches are unrelated to menstrual cycles I doubt very much that's the reason. A neurologist is the right doctor to help you, I would not jump to this diagnosis before looking at much more common causes. I do hope this helps.
