Depends what u mean: by 'brain lesions'? Old scars/fibrosis from old seizures. or new lesions that appear recent. In any case, it's best to discuss with your neurologist, who has a better handle of your history, and why they ordered another MRI to begin with. They must suspect a diagnosis, as it's not routine to do it after 15 years.

MRI & migraine: It is not uncommon to have some small T2 MRI spots with a history of migraines. I would not worry about them, but it is hard to know what they are, without an official report or films to review. I often reassure patients about these findings, however. Glad to hear you are seizure free. Hope your headache treatment is effective.
