I am suffering from prostatitis. i want to how does bacteria goes into the prostate?

Various: Bacteria can reach the prostate through the urethra from epididymitis,urethritis,urinary infections. Usually E.coli bactria Sometimes sexually transmitted diseases(from multiple sexual partners or anal sex) such as chlamydia or gonorrhea.
