Fluid needs exam: "Prostatitis" means "inflammation of the prostate." The prostate fluid expressed from the massage is not unexpected; what needs to be done is a microscopic examination of the fluid too if white blood cells are present. Additional testing such as culturing the fluid will determine if bacterial prostatitis exists.
