Don't worry: Eye color is not necessarily final until the end of the 1st or even 2nd year. The melanin deposits over time and the patterns can vary - often it is rings, but each eye can be different. Don't worry - especially if there is no other ocular issue. At the next pediatrician visit ask about it or make an appointment if you are curious. Don't worry - it's not good for either of you.

No: Eyes change color and this can happen up to an age of 5 or 6. Once brown will not go back to blue.
