Anxiety: There is nothing any of us strangers on the internet can do to calm your mental fears, obsessions, worry or irrational concerns about your health. Of course you are of NO risk for sudden death at age 22. Perhaps it would be best if you signed off of the internet for a month to practice living a full and real life. Or perhaps got in to see your therapist about how to manage you mis-perceptions.
