No it's not: Normal. That's a dangerous degree of high blood pressure. Vomiting may be related to the high blood pressure. CVS has a typical pattern, and if you don't fit that pattern, there's something else causing the vomiting. CVS doesn't cause high blood pressure. See a specialist if you need to or seek other opinions.
