Yes: Epistaxis or nose bleeds can arise from a number of anatomical regions in the nose. You may have prominent blood vessels in the front and bottom of the nose. But 10 times in the past month requires at least an ENT exam to locate the source of the bleed. Finally, although rare, you should have a complete blood exam to determine any hematological problem.
