Incontinence: A common early and possible long term side effect from prostate removal is incontinence. Check with your urologist as to why it is getting worse. Make sure you are not having an opposite problem after recent surgery or from medications such as RETENTION of urine leading to something called "OVERFLOW INCONTINENCE".
