I have a headache and sore neck, help? i'd like to add that i've had this sore neck since july 7th, and the headache since yesterday, after the beach.

Symptoms are vague: Your description of things is really pretty vague for us to do much with the information except to say that if it persists you should see a doctor for a physical examination. Certainly seems that the neck pain and headache are 2 separate entities but then, again it really depends on what the neck pain is all about. Gotta see your doctor.......see what I mean?
