Yes and no: if the hiatal hernia is large enough to cause symptoms the it will not be pain LLQ it could cause heartburn,epigastric and chest pain from spasm pain LLQ could be colon or spleen but more commonly it could be the gallbladder even if the pain is on the left not the right side of the abdomen check with your doctor
