Consider surgery: You need to be seen by a surgeon, who will be able to examine your hernias and explain to you the surgical options. Both hernias could be fixed at the same time with a laparoscopic procedure, or one after the other, according to which one is more symptomatic, with an open approach.

Surgical consult: You should see a doctor, preferably a surgeon with experience in hernia repair. Probably the best option for you would be a laparoscopic repair of both hernias, presuming you are referring to groin hernias. This should be done by someone with expertise in this technique, but the best approach can only be determined after a proper interview and examination.
