On HealthTap PRIME: HealthTap had a Private Messaging feature in the past, but that has been replaced by HealthTap's new PRIME service (August 2014). Currently, a patient can have a live video call with a doctor on the PRIME service, but can no longer send pictures directly to one specific doctor. The PRIME doctor who answers a call on the new PRIME service can be one of many doctors logged in, when the call occurs.
