It depends: it depends where are the fluid if they are around the gallbladder that could indicate infection or inflammation and could required immediate surgical intervention specially if the report did described thick wall as well if the extra fluid are inside the gallbladder then that mean the gallbladder is distended that could happen if the patient have been fasting or the gallbladder is not working well
