Septal deviation or.: You may have some mild allergies and have minimal symptoms, but having a deviated septum to one side often causes congestion on that side, most of the time. Also, chronic allergies can cause polyp(s) to grow and thus causing congestion on affected side etc..I would have your doc check it out for you..Good luck.
