I've been having headaches every day since last fri. unilateral by my eye. when i get my eeg if i by chance have a ha what will show up on the scan?

No: The EEG is a tracing of the brain waves. Headaches don't cause abnormal brain waves so it wouldn't show up. If you have an underlying condition that is causing the headaches, that may show up.
