Mother, 66, vertigo for 2 weeks which is getting better slowly. recently she started to have split second blackouts. one of her eyes also got big floating patches since 2mths ago. daily headaches. what to do? eeg exam was normal. what else could be?

Sensorineural hearing loss be from acoustic trauma that ended four years ago from military occupation of 4yrs 9 mnth or meiners disease, also have vertigo, tinnitus, nausea, headaches, occular migraines. mri and eeg normal.
