Epigastric pain: This is most probably related to excessive acidity which can be associated with gastroesophageal reflux and peptic ulcer disease. Omeprazole or Zantac (ranitidine) are helpful with this condition. Of problem persists see your doctor for further work up

About 6-8 weeks ago I started feeling bloated and had pain on the left side, lower back and abdomen. I tried changing my diet, eating less but nothing works. I could not pass gas due to an office environment which seems to have made matters worse?
Symptoms include White tongue & diarrhea for the past four years they havent got worse. As well left side of the upper abdomen hurts when eating or getting full stomach
