US reading: Assuming this was from an US reading, it simply means that your uterus was measured and found to be in the "thick" classification category. As long as you are getting regular routine evaluations with your GYN dr. and getting your normal screening test done, and have no symptoms, AND assuring your GYN knows the report of the US, and is following you...then you should be fine.
