Lesion: Sebaceous hyperplasia is a common, benign condition of sebaceous glands in adults of middle age or older (usually on the face). It can appear on the penile shaft, and is completely benign and does not require treatment. However, a doctor's visit to be given the diagnosis is warranted, as there is no way to diagnose this online.
