Can B but not direct: Your right sternum and shoulder blade, rib complex can be related musculoskeletally to create the clicking action. The thoracic outlet syndrome with neuropathy is usually a lower extremity (arm/neck) issue. Esophageal spasm can occur from vagal nerve roots, and/or cervical ganglion issues. So, taking advil or ibuprofen can cause gastritis, and spasms.
