Well, let's see: There needs to be a good understanding as to what IS and what IS NOT related to the development of this generalized sort of "weakness." Is it neuromuscular, hormonal, deconditioning, metabolic, psychological, or a combination of some of these elements? How deeply have each of those items been looked at?
