Fibromyalgia?: Teenagers w. global pain, back pain, myalgias, chronic fatigue & "autonomic dysfunction" needs medical workup. If no specific findings, then fibromyalgia joins differential diagnosis. An on-line test, via Beighton Criteria, discerns whether Hypermobility Syndrome is complicitous.
