Possible.in 1of 4-nl: polycystic ovaries are present in 1 in 4 women with no signs of trouble. Numerous follicles over 10 in each ovary and increased AMH Antimuellarian hormone are more for diagnosis of PCOS with acne, insulin resistance and hirsutism.

Started having periods at 13 & had irregular periods since, ranges from 30-90 days. Both ovaries usually have many cysts & I have an acne problem as well, but I always get normal hormone levels & never been overweight. No insulin resistance. PCOS?
