Acetaminophen: Acetaminophen would be an appropriate over the counter alternative for pain relief in an individual who is known to have allergies to nsaids.

Be more specific: Please describe the type of reactions you have to these drugs. If the reactions are asthma and nasal congestion, you will need to avoid all nsaids other than the cox-2 specific ones like celebrex. If they are hives or swelling, then the reaction is specific to that nsaid(s). Tylenol (acetaminophen) is good for headaches but likely not helpful with joint pain.
