This is not uncommon: after vaginal childbirth and an episiotomy. If there is no pain or foul discharge and you can urinate and have bowel movements without difficulty then taking some warm baths and getting some help with the baby so you can rest would be a good idea. If you get a fever or this gets worse then call your doctor or the center where you had the baby to ask about an exam..
