Yes. Whatever the cause, if you have a metabolism that burns off calories as fast as you take them in your weight will remain constant.

While it may seem like a benefit that you could eat and not gain weight with hyperthyroidism, the ill effects of this disorder far outweigh this perceived benefit. If you think you have hyperthyroidism, see your doctor and get treated. Wish you good health!
