Your conditions, no?: Migraines are part of your history but if separate as an entity for this question then, they along with nauseousness are consistent with menstrual migraines. Having intercourse just prior to menstruation would be expected to cause compression again a swollen uterine lining. This would be expected to cause pain and/or discomfort. Also, abortion is definitely a procedure.
