With the exception: of fever, all other symptoms can be attributed to pregnancy. But fever is not normal in the first trimester, so you may have a viral or bacterial infection just like anyone else can. Monitor your symptoms closely, and if they worsen and you cannot keep fluids down, head to the doctor's office or emergency room to get help for you and make sure baby is ok.
