I feel a small ball like item inside my belly. it is not painful or doesn't create any problem so far. but i want to know what's this.

Lump in belly: That is difficult to answer without more information and without palpating it. Where exactly in your belly- toward one side, middle, upper or lower. Does it feel firm or soft? How small is small- a centimeter or is it more? Is it deep or more on the surface?

Might be a hernia: Could be an abdominal hernia. Best to have a doctor look at it.

Maybe a hernia: Depending on the location, it could be a hernia, a muscle spasm, or a cyst or fatty rumor under the skin. Best to get it checked out by a primary care provider. Hope this helps!
