I have had a belly piercing for about a month, a week ago i saw above the top ball of the ring, theres a small part above thats whitey/ purple. i clean it regularly, it doesnt hurt, i do sit bent over. is this serious?

Discoloration: I suspect that this discoloration is from breakdown products of some bleeding that occurred during the piercing. If there's no redness, swelling,tenderness or pus, it is not a serious issue and it should gradually clear.
