Probably dry/exposur: Your eyes are probably showing the effects of dryness with redness of the white parts, scratchiness, blurring, tearing, and discomfort. Sun, wind, dust exposure can intensify the redness. Try sunglasses and artificial tears that you can buy over the counter. If no help, see an eye MD. Good luck.
