I've been stuffed up for over a year, it's so annoying. what could be causing this?

Allergies: You could have allergies causing nasal stuffiness. Do you use over-the-counter nose sprays like Afrin? If so, then these are the cause. Using Afrin longer than just a couple of days can lead to "rebound" swelling of the nasal passages. If you are using Afrin, talk to your doctor about getting that stopped. If not, then see him/her about allergies.
