I recently noticed line nigra on my stomach. i am on mirena (levonorgestrel) and i am def not pregnant. what could have caused it to appear?

Hormonal changes: If it is very faint you should not worry about it. If it will become more prominent and you will have other symptoms, call your GYN. Mirena (levonorgestrel) has failure rate comparable with sterilization, but still has it. Hormonal changes can cause appearance of Linea Nigra just like pregnancy does.
