6 days ago bit on hand by a bug. now hand swollen and sore and hot. urgent care gave me antibiotics to take, yesterday. now knucles hurt too... help,?

Have rechecked: Hand may hurt because it is still swollen. Elevate your hand as often as possible during the day. The less you use it for the next 2 days the better. However if the pain and swelling get worse you need to be rechecked to see if the antibiotic is working. Ice may also help

Return if not better: you have cellulitis. you should see improvement by latest tomorrow, but never getting worse. if improving, then dont worry about the knuckles, but if worsening may need to get another bug called mrsa covered with another abx, and need to return to the ER.
